Overview
Ali Jaber Matin is a certified English teacher, former banker, and expert in Academic writing. He has a Master Certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language with a specialisation on the areas of teaching Business English, General English, IELTS, TOEFL and OET preparation and Tutoring. He started his teaching career in 2012, as the Assistant lecturer at Sunshine University, Kabul and as Training Coordinator at Bahcesehir college, Ankara, collecting over 12 years teaching experience. His passion for teaching has inherited from his parents as his mother was the dean of Economic faculty of Ariana University, Kabul.
Mr. Matin is passionate about teaching, training, and creating new ideas to support students in their areas of study. He wants his lessons to be divided in three different categories of “Engage, Study and Activate” so that he can engage students and grab their attention, teach the main topic in the study phase, and have fun with them while checking their understanding of the subject.
Twelve years of professional experience in the field of teaching English and Business, helps him to motivate undergraduate students to improve their English speaking and writing skills, and it also inspired him to be eager to upgrade his qualification in the area of Business Administration. Matin loves reading and doing research on English teaching skills and programmes.
